I've never been an exerciser.
I've never been dedicated to fitness.
I've never been one of those people who just push and push and push and keep on going.
I've never been really strong physically.
I've never liked sports.
I've always hated sports.
I hate running.
I hate the gym.
I hate the gym.
I hate doing pushups and I started practicing headstands just to avoid push-ups. π€£
I love dancing.
I love yoga.
I love walking.
I love being the world's biggest goofball.
I made a commitment to myself (Nov2017) to do minimum 5 minutes everyday of moving my body in ways that feel good and uplift my joy.
I did my 1st true handstand ever 3 weeks ago (3 second hold) and I'm still enjoying moving my body in ways that feel good!
I feel good.
Movement ought to feel good!
Our bodies are meant to feel good at all ages!
p.s. I am healthier and stronger now than I've ever been.
