Just noting that today I was walking and the wind was about 16 mph and it felt quite gusty in my face!

Ohmegosh! The wind is so strong right now I can hear it swishzing by! I had to check to see how strong it is - I can hear it! 23 mph! 23 miles per hour is loud wind!
