Care about what you think. Care about how you feel. Care about how you think. Recognize that how you feel is directly related and correlated to what you're thinking.

When we learn to practice intentionally moving our way up the emotional scale we can create genuine Magic and magical love. Start Where You Are. Reach for a better feeling feeling.
Understanding the emotional scale can help you put into perspective where you're at on it, and where you might like to go.
This is the practice of expanding our willingness and ability to love ourselves and then others, through the practice and the process of loving ourselves, accepting ourselves, noticing Where We Are, and making the conscious intention to allow ourselves to open the feelings, the thoughts, the desires, the intentions, to open the circuit, to act upon the inspired actions that come to us that open the conduits of these joyous feelings to flow through us, to us, in us, interconnecting us with others, like your breath, your emotional state breathes in and out of you and impacts our perception and manifestations of our life experience.
When we desire to experience life at a higher level of emotional stability and happiness we can create that by intentionally allowing ourselves to focus on things that naturally move us up the emotional scale, and then allow ourselves to maintain that thought and or activity long enough to actually achieve a higher emotional level that can be sustained on a regular basis.
And when we find ourselves falling back down the scale, rather than beating ourselves up about it, and dragging ourselves down even further, we can reach for a better feeling feeling.
No matter how small, insignificant, irrelevant, luxurious, Fantastical, impossible, imaginative fantasy the thought feels like it is to us, if it helps us rise our vibration up the emotional scale, we will see improvements in all areas of our life. #abrahamhicks

How many of us allow our tribe to attract our vibe? instead of letting our Vibe attract our tribe? What does that mean? It means if you let the people around you determine what you're feeling, often you will be feeling off. Trying to align yourself with what other people believe usually leaves a person misaligned.
Often it means, if you allow other people's perception of you to determine how you feel about yourself, you're going to feel shitty. Or it's your perception of them that's going to make you feel shitty.
And it's not because they don't love you, or mean well, or that you don't love them or me well, it's just because their point of understanding, their perspective is exactly that, it's theirs and so they can only see and feel from what they know. Just like your perspective is exactly just that, your perspective that is yours based on what you see and feel and know.

What you want wants you back ---- What I mean by this is that what you want wants you back without manipulation - it will be mutually reciprocal naturally - not to say there won't be Work involved!! Just because you both naturally want each other does not mean that you will not have a lot of personal growth work and interpersonal growth work to always do. But that the work involved will be about growing growth together - building together - not about whether there will even BE a together because THAT part is the CLEAR part!
